How long does it take for my order to be made?
As many of our pieces are made-to-order in our Australian studio, please allow 2-4 weeks for production before your garment is dispatched.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns for store credit on full-priced items returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all garments must be in original condition with tags attached.
How do I know which size to choose?
We recommend referring to our comprehensive Size Guide located on each product page. If you are between sizes, please contact our stylists for personalized advice.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it enters our production queue immediately. We are unable to guarantee changes, but please email our team within 24 hours to see if an amendment is possible.
How should I care for my silk garments?
To maintain the quality of your Natalie Rolt pieces, we recommend professional dry cleaning only and avoiding contact with abrasive surfaces or jewelry.
